¿ Jóvenes, techsetters, emprendedores o creativos? Dudas de una investigación

Resumen
El presente texto se focaliza en dos aspectos de la condición juvenil que intrigan por su aparente contradicción: a los jóvenes les cuesta conseguir trabajo y a la vez sorprenden por su uso fluido de las tecnologÃas recientes. En medio de condiciones laborales inciertas, ellos logran crearse empleos, innovan en los modos de agruparse y hacer redes, particularmente quienes desempeñan actividades creativas: músicos, artistas visuales y editores independientes. Entre 2010 y 2013 estudiamos múltiples programas y formas de colaboración colectiva en la ciudad de México que son realizados fuera de las instituciones tradicionales y de los mercados culturales establecidos. En la dirección propuesta por Bruno Latour, rastreamos las asociaciones, los modos de construir agencia y dirimir conflictos de los jóvenes. Seguir a los actores en red no es optar por el punto de vista de los individuos en vez de las estructuras, sino tomar en serio la relativa libertad de innovación de los actores. En este artÃculo se reseñan los resultados más sustantivos que arrojaron dichas investigaciones.
Abstract
This paper focuses on two aspects of the condition of the youth that is intriguing due to its apparent contradiction: the youngsters struggle to find a job and yet, they are surprisingly fluent in the use of the state of the art. In the midst of uncertain working conditions, they manage to create jobs, innovate on ways to come together and make networks, mostly those engaged in creative activities: musicians, visual artists and independent publishers. From 2010 to 2013, we studied numerous programs and forms of group work in Mexico City carried out away of the traditional institutions and established cultural markets. With the approach given by Bruno Latour, we did a follow-up to associations, its ways to organized themselves and and how they settle youth conflicts. Following the actors in a network is not choosing the individual point of view, rather than in the structures, but to take seriously the relative freedom of innovation of the actors. In this article summarizes the more substantive results revealed by these investigations.
